1. What kind of products does Duluxe sell?
Duluxe is a webshop specialized in beauty products. You will find a wide range of skin care, make-up, hair care, and accessories from top brands.

2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process. You can pay with different payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card and Klarna.

3. How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery time may vary.

4. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

5. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Due to hygiene, we unfortunately cannot accept used items for return. Please contact our customer service for questions.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to track the status of your order.

7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that you can use for any product in our webshop. Ideal as a gift for friends or family!

8. How do I sign up for the newsletter?
You can sign up for our newsletter via the home page. This way you will always be informed about new collections and exclusive offers.

9. Are there any promotions or discounts available?
We regularly offer special promotions and discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay up to date with the latest offers.

Delivery

Order times

You can expect your package to reach you quickly! We aim to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays the same day. For orders on Saturday until 3:00 PM. We work with PostNL for delivery, and they deliver no less than 96% of all our shipments to you the next working day.
Although we do our best to deliver your order quickly, it can unfortunately happen that a shipment is delayed by PostNL. If delivery is postponed for two days in a row, we kindly ask you to let us know. We are ready to take action and ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Have you placed an order but not yet received confirmation?

It is possible that automatic emails, such as a confirmation email, end up in your spam folder. So please check your spam folder! If you don't see a spam folder, try logging in with a web browser on a computer or laptop.

Have you not received your package yet?

First check the Track and Trace code to see if something goes wrong with the delivery. If this is the case, please contact us via the contact form . Please note that PostNL may sometimes experience delays, which are beyond our control. We do our best to help you as best as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and we will do our best to help you.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or if something is missing from my order?

If you have accidentally received the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately via the contact form . We will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and ensure that you receive the correct products.
