We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via reliable shipping partners. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location.

Shipping Costs and Conditions

Netherlands: €7.05 – free shipping on orders over €75

Belgium: €9.95 – free shipping on orders over €75

International (within Europe): €19.95 – free shipping on orders over €200

Intercontinental (outside Europe): €19.95 – free shipping on orders over €200

For partial deliveries, shipping costs are only charged once.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow the progress of your package.

We do our best to deliver your order safely and on time. If something goes wrong during delivery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

International Shipping and Customs Charges

For international orders, please note that shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. DULUXE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
