Usage

Clean and dry the feet thoroughly before applying Gehwol Red.
Take a small amount of cream and gently massage it into the skin of the feet, paying special attention to areas with reduced blood circulation, such as the soles of the feet and heels.
Allow the cream to be completely absorbed for a warming and stimulating effect on blood circulation.
Preferably use Gehwol Red in the evening, before going to bed, to warm the feet and relax after a long day.
