Usage

Always start with clean and dry feet before using the foot file.
Choose the side of the foot file that best suits your needs: the coarse side for removing hard calluses and the fine side for smoothing and polishing the skin.
Use the coarse side of the foot file to gently and evenly file over the hard calluses. Apply light pressure and avoid too much friction to avoid irritation.
If necessary, switch to the fine side of the foot file to soften and smooth the skin. Use this side with lighter pressure to polish the skin.
Regularly wipe away excess calluses and dead skin with a towel or brush to check how much more treatment is needed.
After use, rinse the foot file thoroughly with warm water and soap to remove any residue. Then allow the foot file to air dry before storing.
Repeat this treatment if necessary, but do not overdo it so as not to damage the skin.
